I'm nearly 50 # overweight (and that's to the high end of my bmi). I have two beautiful children ( 7 and 5) I lost a lot after my son was born, but then I went back to school and I was working, so I put it all back on and then some. I've been trying to get it back off, bit not as hard as I should have been. Two weeks ago I…

You look amazing! I love seeing weight loss successes with "normal people" food, lol. I love how swimming suits are allowed but underwear aren't. 'Cuz there is a huge difference in coverage...

This might be the most inspiring thing I have read on here!

Done, done, and done!! Just for today 1/3/15: 1. Enjoy movie night with my family, and not hate myself if I have a second slice of pizza 2. Complete my day three workout 3. Drink all my water (normally this isn't a problem, but the last few days I have been bad about it.)
-
I appreciate the advice, and normally, that is what I would do, but I am trying a 30 day challenge, and I really want to get all the days in. I also tend to have a "well I already missed one..." kind of mentality, so I am hoping this will help. I got it all done, and I am glad (and blissfully sore) for it now :D

This is great! I wish I had found it yesterday! Just for today 1/2/15: 1. Do today's workout, and yesterdays (because life got in the way yesterday) 2. Stay in my goals 3. Log -everything-!

I find that Pinterest is my friend in this area! ;) So many kid friendly healthy versions of favorite meals. If it's feasible, I also find mine more willing to try new things if they are able to help pick it out and prepare it.

Thanks! I'm trying out one of those 30 day upper body challenges this month. Maybe it will help, lol

Hi! New to this monthly challenge thing, but I would really -really-like to finally be under 180 again! Not going to wish anyone good luck, because we all know luck doesn't shed pounds ;-) Name:Sabrina Height:5'4" Starting Weight (1/1):185.4 Goal Weight (1/31):179 1/1: 1/8: 1/15: 1/22: 1/29: 1/31: Loss/gain for the week:…

Thank you, I am feeling much better today. If only the swelling in my throat would go away!
-
Thank you for actually answering the question I asked, rather than just telling me it's all going to come back no matter what I do.

It's a figure of speech, no need to be rude.

Venti very berry hibiscus is 100cal

The Refreshers are low cal and are still coffee but taste more like iced tea. They are made with green coffee beans. I can't get enough!

Thanks so much everyone! I think I'll look into the Vitamix, and maybe make puppy faces at Santa this year, lol!

Salt itself isn't bad, in fact it's necessary. However, a diet high in sodium can lead to many problems.

It just makes me so happy to see so many SPN and Doctor Who references in one place :-D ! Great loss, congrats, and good luck on next years Rose. I hope to lose mine by next year so I can pull of a good Amy (already a ginger :-) )

My husband came home early from work and helped me build a chicken coop. :)

You are all awesome. :-)

GO YOU!!!!! I haven't put much thought into it, surprisingly, lol. After reading your post though, I think the first thing I will do is cry! I mean, all that time and effort and finally getting there. Yup, I would cry. :) Congrats, do something fun!

^^ This!

That is so cool! I would like to run a marathon someday. My dad's family are all runners, the Running Rodgers... Unfortunately I have been advised not to run because of my knees. Good luck on your marathon!! I am sure with your determination you will do great!

I'm almost done with a squat challenge, I hope to see even half as my h change as you have accomplished!
-
I can't believe that if you asked a Doctor, that you would be labeled overweight! My favorite thing about the pictures though, is how much happier you look in the second set! Great work!
-
You look amazing, and your stretch marks look like they shrank also! Can't even see them in the afters!
-
I agree, if drinking water is making you think of poems about not wanting to live, Mio is the least of your problems. Also, one glass of red wine is quite good for you in many ways.

Great job, and loving your ticker!

Congratulations!!! You really are inspirational! I didn't lose any weight while nursing either, so you aren't alone there. It was rather disappointing, but I probably ate WAY too much. Also, I LOVE your ticker.
