  • My daughter was born January 28th, since then I've lost 80lbs. 1200 calories minimum following 21 day fix and some p90x3 (not consistently) I focused on the healthier food changes and developing good habits before flinging myself into exercise too. I didn't expect to lose as quickly as I did. Food scales are tremendously…
  • I lost 80lbs in 9 months on 1200 calories minimum. I was a little over 200lbs and now I am 128, size 20 jeans to size 3. I lost 2-3lbs per week and THAT is a huge drop, I was being careful and eating 5-6 meals per day..I had amazing results with the programs 21 day fix and p90x3, and I am grateful for them! I can't see it…
  • I was in a push up B cup before I had my children, I was 125lbs. After I had my son I put on too much weight and shot up to 220lbs. I was in a (tight) DD. Today, I am back down to 128lbs and still in a C cup. I don't know if it is only from having children, It's only a guess from my experience, but I don't think that…
  • oh I forgot to add, I followed the eating plan for a few months, NOT ONLY the 21 days. I lost 40lbs over 3-4 months :)
  • I love the eating plan, not so much the workouts, there are much better ones... BUT, the eating plan makes a HUGE difference! I am almost 80lbs down and half of that was because of 21 day fix! It's a little tricky figuring out your eating chart at first and deciding which containers go where ( they tell you how many…
  • Congrats to you!! what an inspirational story! I have a weakness for D2 and i guess technically speaking, I'm a little of a gamer geek. I also tried turning my life around and becoming more active because I spent most of my day munching on chips and playing games..but, almost 80lbs are gone today and your story gives me…
  • Actually, I agree with Shannishan05, after the birth of my eldest I had a lot of muscle weakness and loose skin. I messed up big time and I'm convinced it wouldn't have been so bad if I had used one but I had no idea about a girdle after until I had my second. I gave it a try and it made a big difference as my body was…
  • zyprexa is notorious for weight gain. google "zyprexa" and the first thing that pops up is a list of symptoms, one of which is weight gain. :( I took it myself and also gained a lot, talk to your doc, there are other medications out there. Good luck to you! :)
  • I used to think the same thing, I was stuck in the "Obese" BMI category for 7 years, struggled the same as you, never seeing results. I re-evaluated my plan after the birth of my daughter in January, cut out things that seemed "healthy" that really aren't that healthy (like lean cuisine meals, clif bars) i used to also…
  • I've lost over 70lbs in a little less than 6 months. I stuck to healthy eating, proper portion sizes and a little bit of exercise. I've tried things like hydroxycut in the past..when I was over 200lbs..they are NOT worth it. It messed up my system really bad and made me feel jittery and terrible. The best thing you can do…
  • You look AMAZING!! You're an inspiration! Keep up the awesome work!!
  • CONGRATS!! You've made Amazing progress!! You look Awesome!! :flowerforyou:
  • I've lost 70lbs sinceJanuary 28th. I was in a pants size 20 and now in a size 7. I started off by sticking to a 1200 calorie diet, lean meats, veggies, fruit, whole grains, no added salts (i hold water like crazy) I cut down my portion sizes to a normal serving size instead of a normal brittany size:wink: …
  • because I had my daughter January 27th and I started my healthy lifestyle the day after, I stuck to only my calories at first. But I have also been careful of what I am eating also, trying to improve the quality of my food, lean meats, veggies, fruits, whole grains, almond milk and nonfat plain greek yogurts, mostly only…
  • I'm not sure if this was asking me also, but if it was, I eat 1200 calories. I'm also doing the eating plan from "21 day fix" and have been doing it since march. It's great, I love it!
  • Check out my album! I am 5"1 and I have lost 84lbs total, but 70lbs since January :) My heaviest weight was 220lbs, in January after the birth of my daughter, I was at 208lbs. Today I am at 137 and 2lbs away from my goal!! (I would post on here.. but I am not good at it lol can't quite figure it out yet )
  • I can see a difference! wtg! it took me months before I saw the change in the mirror that others noticed sooner. Keep up the good work!
  • I am 26 but I struggled with infertility and failed pregnancies for years, it was devastating. I also was in the 200lb range. I got extremely lucky and after losing small amounts of weight right before, I some how got pregnant with 3 perfect children(single pregnancies). doctors aren't even sure how I did it, they…
  • It's a 21 day program but I have been following the meal plan since march! I love it!! It is more than healthy enough to continue for longer than usual!
  • Sounds like you are just holding some water  Keep pushing through, you will see the scale numbers drop soon! I swell up like crazy from added salt so I actually cut out any added salt to my foods, it helps a lot more and my scale has been moving down consistently since I started. Good luck! hope it all goes well for…
  • Amazing work! You look awesome!!
  • you misunderstood what i wrote, i was referring to my family and what i meant mostly was that -I- didn't want to be a pig and i winked in a JOKING manner..i guess you took it seriously and personally. then i explained what i thought a real pig was, which is gorging on the food. then i got defensive that people were being…
  • I am on the 21 day fix program but SURE whatever helps you guys feel better about yourselves... totally beat down someone on the internet.. thanks a lot.
  • I didn't post to get into arguments with anyone, I posted in reply to the original question..i know how frustrating it can be feeling trapped with no healthy options.. I am not full of myself..I was only trying to express my opinion that she should NOT feel bad for wanting to eat healthier during a holiday! Shouldn't she…
  • Enjoy your bbq's  I usually bring something heathier, I care about what I put into my body. there is nothing wrong with someone eating hamburgers lol and there is nothing wrong with me not wanting to eat them.. Sorry my self control offends you, I was only being honest.
  • never said anything about you though:laugh: sorry if you decided to take one random post personally.
  • you haven't been to my husband's family bbq's. stuff like baked beans, 3 layer bean dips, loaded cheesey nachos, potato chips, hamburgers and hotdogs. I would faint if they actually had fruit..or a plate of veggies. it is garbage to me, because i would not have any of this junk in my house...just because I feel strongly…
  • I always pack my own lunch, friends and family know that I am trying to eat more healthy..either bring one big dish to share that you can mainly eat out of, or pack something just for yourself...it surprises me that most bbq's out there mainly consist of garbage..if I am not able to bring my own, I don't eat..not worth…
  • I am 26, my heaviest weight was 220lbs a few years ago..january 28th I weighed in at 208 and today I am down to 139.2lbs! only 4.2lbs away from my goal, after I reach it, I will really be focusing on toning up! feel free to add me if you like  I am currently doing p90x3 and the "21 day fix" meal guide
  • I bought the basic because I already have resistance bands and a yoga mat :) I think the basic is perfect..resistance bands still make it a great workout, you can always purchase a pull up bar for $20 down the road (but i don't think i will ever need mine)
