  • Even though I know everyone is on their own journey and doesn't care what I'm doing I still don't do the weights because I don't know how. I'll ask a staff member when I hit my goal weight so I can sculpt some are muscles!
  • Don't be discouraged. Just keep eating healthy, and exercising. Don't forget that muscle weighs more then fat. If your gaining muscle mass, and losing fat your scale wont reflect much change even though your body is changing shape. Keep going and don't compare yourself to your dad. Guys tend to lose weight faster anyways.…
