The food is no problem at all, i actually like dieting, saves me alot of money, and i don't mind excersising, but it takes so much time, and i'm a college student and part time worker, so i always have to excersise in the evenings.. Which isn't the most apealing thing to do imo..

I lost 20 lbs in 5 weeks, no starving no nothing, i just excersised 3 days a week, consumed 1200 calories per day, and walked everywhere instead of taking the bus and so forth, and sometimes i would walk in the evenings when i wasnt excersising.

What happens if you don't eat back the calories? i ussually excersise on the evenings (Work and college keeps me busy during the day) and the only thing i want after an intense workout is sleep..

I also had a serious coke zero addiction, i couldnt function like a human being without 3 bottles of coke zero, everytime i craved coke, i just chugged water, the first week was horrible, but i hardly want any sodas these days, it's been 2 months since i had my last sip of any kind of soda.

I prefer to do 30 mins of cardio then do the weights, i'm just to exhausted to do any cardio after sets of weightlifting, is it dangerous or bad to do cardio first? i ussually finish my workout sessions with 10 mins of cardio.

Calorie counting is and will always be different from person to person, it's individual, you're body could be burning more calories than mine is in a resting state, in short, it shouldnt be a problem, i ussually go over my macro by 10-15 cause i have a long day with alot of work, but i still lose alot of weight, just stop…

I ussually lose 2 lbs a week, does that mean it'll take me 2 weeks to lose the weight i gained yesterday?

I'm at 255 now, i eat around 3 small meals per day, if i workout i eat 4, i work out 3-4 days a week. And if i drink, it's ussually six beers per night, and i ussually drink once every 2 weeks.
