I weigh myself every morning, and it's just so irritating to see the weight go up and down all the time, so i was wondering, how often should i weigh myself? and when should i weigh myself? (Morning/evening)

I've lost almost 50 lbs, and i've gotten hit on by more girls in 3 months than i've been my entire life.. I also had a one night stand last weekend, which also isn't something i "used" to do. Any of you guys feeling this?

I've lost 3kg (6lbs) in one week..
Is this bad? i feel that this is going pretty fast, i have't changed anything, still eat as i did last month, and i still drink like i did last month, but this last week made my weight fall right off, should i do anything? or just enjoy the rapid weightlos?

Is it okay to only have cardio on a day?
Today i saturday, which means i have alot of stuff to do, but i still need to excersise, so i was thinking of shortening down my hours to only 40-45 minutes of cardio and then leave the gym, is this bad? should i try to squeeze in some weight sessions also? what burns more fat? weights or cardio?

So i was out drinking last night and lost 2lbs..
I drank around 7-8 beers and a shot or two of Jameson, i weighed myself the morning after and had lost 2lbs, what is up with that? is it just the water that dehydrated? will i gain more weight later cause of the calories i consumed?

I like to have a few energy drinks a week, espacially in the weekends, i completely cut out soda, and started drinking Monster Low Carb, is this gonna make me gain weight cause of the chemicals? any other brand you recommend?

Water consumption with workouts
I workout 3 times a week, ussually 2 hours which includes 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of lifiting, i ussually drink 2 litres of water (8 glasses of water) during a day, but i was wondering if i should drink more when i excersise, or just stay at 2 litres?

Elliptical machine vs treadmill?
I have a ellip machine at home that i use for 3 minutes 3-4 days a week on full resistance? is this bad compared to running on a treadmill? in terms of cardio/calorie burning?

I workout on mondays, thursdays and saturdays, sometimes sundays if i don't drink on the saturdays, i ussually do 30 minutes of cardio and then do weightlifting for 1 hour and then do 15 minutes of cardio, is this a good workout plan? why and why not? are three days enough if i want to lose weight?

Is it okay to eat 3 eggs every morning?
I really like eggs, and i ussually eat 3 fried eggs with tomato beans every morning, it's about the only food i manage to eat in the mornings, no sandwiches no cereal no nothing, i just crave eggs when i wake up, the though of meat makes me throw up..
