I manage to stay under the negative on everything except for protein, is this a bad thing in terms of weight loss?

    Aboslutely NOT. I set my protein at 125 every day and meet it every day (or most days, anyway).

    If you are using MFP guidelines, it is probably too low anyway.

    That is probably the best macro to go over in. Have you calculated how much protein your body requires or are you using MFP guidelines. I had to up mine manually to 120g according to the amount of lean body mass I had.
