I'm always over on my protein intake..

I manage to stay under the negative on everything except for protein, is this a bad thing in terms of weight loss?

Aboslutely NOT. I set my protein at 125 every day and meet it every day (or most days, anyway).
If you are using MFP guidelines, it is probably too low anyway.0 -
That is probably the best macro to go over in. Have you calculated how much protein your body requires or are you using MFP guidelines. I had to up mine manually to 120g according to the amount of lean body mass I had.0
