i've been working out 3-4 days a week since january, and in february i cut out all bad stuff, i only eat foods high in fiber and so forth, only 3-4 good portioned healthy meals per day, since february i've lost alot of weight, i'm doing pretty good, and it's now been 2 weeks since i lost any weight, i also lift alot, does that have anything to say on the weight? if not, can i get any tips on how to get out of the plateau?

2weeks isn't really plateau. Our bodies fluctuate all the time. Have you had any alcohol? High sodium meals? I also find my weight goes up a bit for a few days after doing weight training, are your muscles sore?

    "Weight loss isn't linear", /sigh.

It's only been 2 weeks. :) Just because your weight itself isn't changing doesn't mean your body isn't, too. Just keep doing what you're doing and be patient. Measure yourself every 1-2 weeks. And if you're still stuck in 2 weeks or so, try doing a refeed day or switch work outs up.

your diary is close so bit hard to give help

you might be eating too little or too much
    not drinking enough water
you might be building muscle so the lost of fat isn't showing
what do your measurement tell you? are you losing cm?
