I workout on mondays, thursdays and saturdays, sometimes sundays if i don't drink on the saturdays, i ussually do 30 minutes of cardio and then do weightlifting for 1 hour and then do 15 minutes of cardio, is this a good workout plan? why and why not? are three days enough if i want to lose weight?

It all depends on your diet really. Any day you have a calorie deficit whether by exercise or diet you are essentially losing weight. I'd be careful with the drinking though, one night could ruin the 3 days you worked out easily.

If your primary goal is weight loss, and you're eating at a reasonable deficit as per MFP guidelines or those set by another reputable source, it's enough.

Caloric deficit is the main factor in weight loss.

You don't need to work out to lose weight. For most people, it's easier to create a deficit between your energy expenditure and your caloric intake by reducing the caloric intake than by increasing the energy expenditure.

As for your exercise plan, it sounds fine, though I would suggest reversing your program so you do a little bit of cardio to warm up, then lift weights, and then do more cardio if you still have anything in you. Your lifting performance will improve that way, and your cardio will not suffer.

Ideally I would workout 6 days a week. I average 3-4 . I just work hard and make them count. I exercise to get stronger and fitter. I agree to do the cardio after lifting. It feels better to me to do it that way.
