First off water: I have no problem drinking 8 glasses of water per day, but is it bad to take alot of them at once? i ussually drink 2 glasses at a time, example: 2 during dinner, 2 after dinner and 2 before i go to bed. Is this bad?

Second, protein: I notice that i'm always over on my protein consumption, i excersise 3 times a week, mostly cardio and weight lifting, but will damage my weight loss if i eat too much protein on the days i'm not excersising?

Third: Rice: As a poor college student, i ussually eat alot of rice, these days as i'm losing weight, i tend to eat cooked white rice with tunafish, it keeps me full, and isn't too fattening, but is white rice bad for losing weight? i heard that i should switch over to brown rice, but i want to finish all the white rice i have at home right now.. And i ate Rice and tuna fish for dinner today, would it be bad to do it tomorrow?

Thanks! :)

Water...no that's fine...I tend to drink my water through the day...I have a jug that's 100 oz that I carry around but there are days where the majority of the time most of it is drank in the evening...

MFP estimates protein to be very low. It's good to go over.

Brown rice is better but if it fits in your calorie goal it's not that big of a deal...

Thanks you for answering all three!
