Honestly, a cheat day or meal REALLY works for me. I never gain from it, I always continue to lose at a good rate, and I dont feel deprived.

I used to do weight training in the morning and then an hour of cardiovascular (either steady or HIIT) in the evening and it was very effective (with proper diet ofcourse)

Ditch the Starbucks. If you must get something there go for unsweetened tea or black coffee. But cutting out those frappes and frozen processed foods will leave a lot of room for more nutrition. Just go without her. If she shows up, work out regardless of what she does. She has no reason to get angry with you; you're there to workout and if she wants to join you, great! If not, tell her that's fine too but you need to do it with or without her.

Unsweet tea and hot herbal teas are both my go-to drinks other than water. I will drink coffee in the mornings sometimes as well, but I drink it black. Water will start to taste better the more you drink it.

Shower daily, using an occasional scrub as well as body wash. Wash face using Clarisonic facial brush, followed by toner and moisturizer. Scented lotion after shower paired with matching body spray or perfume. Brush teeth+mouthwash, straighten hair, use lip scrub and balm, self manicures and pedicures... I could go on.

This is my favorite time of year; cold weather, sweaters, Halloween and Christmas.. and I was hoping to be at least under 200 lbs by Halloween. I've slacked off so I probably won't meet that goal but I want to do as much as I can! I am 220 now so let's get at it!
