You can do it! It is so easy to quit, I have done it a hundred times. But at some point you just have to do it. Just make it part of the routine. I understand your pain. I can get to 10 pounds from my goal weight then I just hit the wall. Sometimes I wonder if my body is just supposed to be this weight. Let me know if and how you beat it! And best of luck!

Don't give up. I recently added weights to my workout and have gained around 3 pounds. This will not only change the shape of your body but also slim you down. It isn't always about the weight. It is about the inches. Go by measurement, not only pounds.

I am in the same boat. I am presently trying to quit smoking...again. I work to jobs and have 3 kids. I literally have no time to go to the gym and by the time i'm done working I am exhausted anyway. My doctor said the best thing to do is go for walks!
