have a a day off a week - like saturdays..... eat double your maintenance calories... .. and maybe work out less. not 7 times a week.

stay in your calories and macros and eat what you want! (though personally, i do avoid juice- id rather eat the fruit).

if there's any advice i can give its- keep a hobby a hobby. cause you like something doesn't necessarily mean to make a career out of it. keep something just for you to enjoy. sometimes when we love something and do it all day everyday for a living, we can hate it after a while.

you sound just like me. same height, same calories. found that increasing from 1500 to 1700 has made no difference. found that low carb, carb cycling, higher carb - whatever doesn't work. found that working out less - working out more- hasn't made a difference. just had a ton of blood work done. found out i'm hypoglycemic…

why would you give up now?! i've been at it for almost three years and haven't lost a lb in a year. i know how rough it can get. feeling fat, or carrying around the weight you wanna lose doesn't feel good after too long though.
