don't get the wrist band!! my bestie got one and it kept falling off, she ended up returning it. i have the clip thing and it works real well for me.

my boyfriend bought me a fitbit and its freaking awesome! highly recommend it. simple and easy to use, and collects loads of good data… pretty fun!

i'm a teacher too and i totally know what your hectic schedule is like. honestly meal prep helps, so you don't have to go home and cook all the time for the week. i spend the weekends getting ready for the week. as soon as i walk in the door and drop my bags off i get changed and head back out. yeah, then a quick dinner…

maybe i eat healthier than i know.. i was born here.. so always been on the same kind of foods! it seems although america makes it easy though - with the calories written out on everything, low fat options available everywhere, and "diet" snacks if you want them. i'm a meat eater over a veggie or soup eater, i have to say!…

hi! i started on 1200 calories and dropped weight pretty fast - i would try avoid that if possible though. it's much more practical to start with more calories and then reduce … i mean you can't get much lower than 1200 calories, then you have no where to go really. but i guess which ever way works! i started taking…
