a freakin good bra will do it! i have a great one from lululemon. my super top heavy friends sometimes wear two bras and a sports top. i lost a couple cup sizes off my big girls, and now just wear a built in bra sports tank. good luck!

used to eat 700 calories, then bumped it up to 1200, started losing, then sorta plateaued, then bumped it up again to 1500. madness! love how the body works.

exactly my thoughts..."the attitude and not-so-subtle hostility and condescension behind it." also - how can you be bothered?? delete the "friends" you are "tired" of that do that, so you won't be tired anymore. i eat 1200 three times a week; eat that!

wish i could work out in the mornings... work starts too early. gym doesn't open till later. leaves me working out in the evening and i hate it but... gotta do what ya gotta do.

mine was the lack of knowledge on what food was really worth. not knowing what certain foods contributed to my body. so, putting whatever and however much in there not knowing the damage.
