sometimes i like to see my progress, and weigh in every day. i like to see what's happening.. and keep track of it.. it helps me work with my calories too.. . when i get too obsessed and it hinders me, i just weigh in once a week. sunday morning's usually. :heart:

to avoid plateauing, i "spike" one day a week. doubling my maintenance calories and i eat whatever i want.

most certainly weigh everything. guesstimating stresses me out. when you guess, you're probably consuming so much more than you think!

well done for pushing yourself! you'll be dominating 5k in no time with that mentality/attitude! i started at 10 minutes, now i am running over a hundred minutes; sometimes. it's fun! all the best. heh thanks! :heart:

nah, probably stretching yourself. not that you're unfit by any means, but have you run that far before? i find when i enter into a new mile zone, sometimes i can get a stitch.. i rearrange my posture and fight through it. it's totally normal though. no worries :)
