Hi, what difference does it make if you had sweets yesterday? Im generally on a strict calorie count along with excerise routine but every Sunday is my fat day. I'm allowed to eat bags of chips and chocolate cheese cake...etc. You can not go through life without sweets or carbs it just isn't posible especially for women.…

Hi, why not instead make yourself 4-6 small meals instead of the normal 3 meals a day. They actually recommend 4-6 meals daily for this way burns additional calories. Try snacking on mixed nuts and dry fruit or grab an apple or banana to satisfy the hunger pains.
