Hi I live in North Wales and my doctor offered me Gym time. I would join the gym they would set up a programe for me and I would pay reduced fees with our local nhs paying the rest but they also offer weight watchers too

hi im starting again and although ive only been doing it since monday i feel sooo much better, I feel like Im in control instead of my weight controling me! Ive quite away to go-70LB but i have finally realised that fast results do not last :) Please feel free to add me and good luck x

hi:laugh: I worked out my points for today and compared it to my mfp food diary 29 points = 1390 calories, my mfp says ishould stick to 1450 cals to lose 1.5lbs a week so im actually under Im goin try points all week but still write in food diary and see how it goes :smile: :smile: :smile:

welcome I havent been here long (only a week) and like u have done diets all my adult life but im finding mfp great and the support amazing and its so good to read things that u can relate too! As for the gym u dont need one, put ur coat on and go for a walk and u can even count housework as well.....good luck
