I don't have any photos either but I started c25k in Feb. I got to about week 6 then adapted it. I ran my first 10k on Sunday in 1:01:27. I have lost a total of 28lbs so far (from 186 to 158) and running has helped in so many ways. A short run, for me, (5k) burns about 358 calories and a long run (10k) 716! Also, I finish…

5 months is plenty of time. I started the c25k in February and ran my first 10k today. I did it in 1:01 :27. I didn't do the bridge to 10k as after the c25k I sort of worked my own training plan out. Good luck!

I paint my nails alot! Try reaching into a bag of sweets with wet nail varnish :o)
