I'm new the group.. and with only a week left in September my goal is to get to 149! I'm currently at 153 but am sitting on a few lbs of water weight so I know 149 is definitely doable. Overall goal by Thanksgiving is 142-140!

Great links - especially the 30 rules. Lifting heavy weights gives you curves :)

I like this challenge. I'm building back up some endurance and my goal is 15 miles a week. I can definitely maintain that to the end of the year and then kick it up to 20 miles at the start of the new year!
