Just looking for more curvy girl fiends and am curious as to what workouts you do to tone and such. Friend me, I would love to see diaries . I am currently doing squats to tighten up . I don't have any measurements , however :/

    I have all kinds of curves. Except my elbows, those are kinda pointy, no roundness there.

    Weight training. Barbell squats and more barbell squats. And deadlifts.

    You can also do Strong Curves bretcontreras.com. It is also squats, deadlifts and all the usual stuff plus hip thrusts.
