Diet as well! My main issue is I have to stop binging at night time. My roommates love junk food and I eat most of it! So need to stop that and eat more fruit and veg.

I agree with the eating late at night theory.. try not eating 3-4 hours before bed and see if that makes any difference? Bloating is a pain :(

Vegetables definitely! I add tomatoes, peppers, onions to nearly all my meals. Before logging I didn't realise how little veg I was eating. Also, I used to cover all my food in ketchup and since I've started adding more veg to my meals I've started to wean myself of the red stuff!

100% agree I'm never buying junk food in my new apartment. It's annoying living at home because others fill the house with junk food that I then eat.

I was in a restaurant earlier and ate a whole pizza even though I was full after half. Definitely have to learn to not finish what's on my plate if I'm full. When I was little I was also encouraged to finish everything on my plate. Funny how we are conditioned!
