Waking up bloated?

Hey guys!
So, I am bloated about 6 out of 7 days a week...for some reason whenever I eat (or drink) anything (doesn't matter what) my stomach decides to look pregnant for the rest of the day...then I wake up with a fairly normal stomach. However, in the past few months, I've been WAKING UP bloated too!? I haven't changed my eating (I eat clean/healthy), exercise, or anything about my lifestyle...so, why is this happening and how do I stop it?
I've read everywhere to drink water, drink water, drink water, DRINK WATER, and I do! I drink about 7 - 13 glasses a day and it makes absolutely no difference. (In fact, it makes the bloating worse)...
So, what do I do? And why is this happening?

May be you are drinking too much water. With everything else you eat and drink, drinking that much water becomes unnecessary.0

Are you eating late at night? Other than that, I dunno what to tell ya. Personally, I'm very carb sensitive and I eat about 300g of carbs a day and I know I get bloated by the end of the day, but, in the AM I'm normal again if I don't eat all 300g of carbs before I go to bed, which I usually do.
Anyhow, the foods you eat might be "clean", but, are they high in sodium content?
And are you trying to lose weight? As long as the number on the scale drops a little each week, that's all that matters.0 -
I agree with the eating late at night theory.. try not eating 3-4 hours before bed and see if that makes any difference? Bloating is a pain0
