I am starting carb cycling today. How many carbs have you been eating on high and low days?

You might want to read the book It Starts with Food and try doing a whole 30 (basically limits you to meat, veggies, some fruit and fats). I am on day 12 and feel great for the first time in years. I have a lot more energy and have noticed many of the side effects I thought were related to my hypothyroidism are now gone…
