I like the Hungry Girl BLT Pizza. It has lettuce, turkey bacon, and a Fat Free Mayo/Dry Ranch mixture on the Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust. It is 231 calories for 1/6 of the pizza. YUM!

Monday we had no electricity but I shredded yesterday. Level 1 is going much better after being through all the levels, no modifications except push-ups, I tend to lose good form when I do the boy kind. Hope everyone is doing well! Keep it up!

Hi! I am excited to get back into it again! I'll repost my measurements from the end of round 1 (no weight loss this week). I'll be going to Disney in 2 weeks (during Level 2, darn!) and am not sure how much I'll feel like doing. But I will take the DVD with me in case I feel like it back at the condo. My measurements: Beginning Now Bust 39 1/2 37 1/2 Waist 32 32 Belly 37 37 Hips 44 43 Thigh 25 24 1/2 Arm 12 12 Weight 175.6 168.6 Really not impressed that my biggest loss was in my bust area. That was the one place I DIDN'T need to loose. Oh well!

Congratulations to all of you for your fabulous results! I will post mine later today. I feel more toned and defined but I do not have the weight loss to back it up. I hope my measurements will show some improvement. I am in for the second round. I definitely like Shred but I miss my cardio and some nights I just can't fit…

If you find out, let me know. I also have a bone spur along with plantar issues. I have been on medicine (anti-inflammatory and relaxers) for a couple of months. I was feeling better but began doing 30 day shred and since the pain has increased. Thanks!

Level 2 wasn't as scary as I thought it's be but it was definitely hard. I had to do the modifications on several moves (the second time through) but I'm sure it'll get better! I wasn't as sore as I thought today but I can tell I worked some new muscles! Keep it up everyone!
