I typically do, I am at 1300 calories and feel like I need a few more to get my meals and snacks in...I also am afraid if I don't eat some of them my metabolism with slow down too much

make sure you log what you do it, I try to follow: no white flour...only 100% whole wheat, brown rice, wheat pasta etc...(when buying wheat breads and such look at the ingredients list and if it says "enriched" but it back, you want it to say whole wheat flour :) eat your colors...this is much easier said than done, but…

I don't know a lot about it, I do know several people that drink diet drinks and stuff that love it...I however see a fitness coach/nutritionist and she says to stay away from it! If I want something like that I just have small portions of the real stuff...I also stay away from high fructose corn syrup :)

If you are not eating enough calories you will not lose. I too have struggled, I gain super super easy and it sucks! I "started over" 2 weeks ago and have added lots of friends on mfp and visit daily! The support and accountability really keep me making the right choices. bake a sugar free yellow cake ( pillsbury I think) after it cools cut it into small pieces and layer it in a triffle bowl with light or fat free cool whip, instant sugar free pudding and blueberries/strawberries...very yummy and pretty :)

I have a nutritionist/healthy life coach that says I should limit my sugars to 25 per day...however dairy (not ice cream of course lol) and fruit/veggies do not count in that 25...

You are doing really well with your protein and sodium intake! My fitness coach says that these are two of the most important things...I would agree that you need more fruits and veggies though and maybe one shake as a snack :) I am just starting over and added you as a friend for inspiration!

I did the same thing...I am starting over too! I just went back and deleted all of my old weights so I don't feel like I have to back pedal :) It's a new day and anything is possible! I am adding friends to help stay motivated and instead of going on FB a couple of times a day I am coming here to keep my motivation going…
