Agree! I rarely get a "real" workout in...I just shoot for minimum 10,000 steps a day and add a walk if need be. Somedays I feel like there isn't even time for that!

I have the zip fitbit...it's just a small little thing that you can clip onto your bra, you don't notice it at all. That one does not track your sleep like I think the bracelet does. I love how it syncs with my phone and mfpal :)

Shamrock shakes are pretty awesome! Especially if you order a half shamrock half chocolate ;) But I also really like green smoothies! I use spinach, berries, pineapple and banana (I freeze all fruit) put it all in my ninja blender with a tablespoon of chia seeds and some water and its a yummy slushie!

I love to snack on fresh cherries! They are pretty low in calories and it takes a while to eat them since you have to spit out the seed! I also like to have Special K bars...most of them are around 90 calories. Feel free to add me for support!

Hi Kaaryn! I am kind of in the same boat with logging, some days I do some days I don't, and not having available calories will not usually keep me from eating it lol! Feel free to add me and I will try to help you stay motivated!! We just have to be dedicated to ourselves :)

Congrats on the weight loss so far! I use a fitbit to track activity. It automatically logs your activity into mfp after you initially sync them. I am adding you now, I need support as well! :)

I am adding you all as friends! I am a mom of 2 high schoolers, one of which plays travel soccer. It is soooo hard to stay on track when sports practices/games are at mealtimes! So much easier to eat out! Would love to give/recieve motivation and support of other moms out there!

I used to be the same way...absolutely hated water and only drank soda! I gave up soda and started drinking only water. I now LOVE water and cannot drink soda anymore. Stick with it, it may get better!

I try my best for a low processed diet, but it is soooooo hard! And it is sooooo easy to open a package! I am excited to see some of the posts that you get for this :) One thing that I track is sodium, which helps me stay at least with minimally processed foods.
