jamba juice smoothie
I bought some of the jamba juice smoothies out of the freezer section and the back says to mix it with a cup of apple juice...I really didn't like the taste...has anyone tried them with another kind of juice or just water? I don't want to keep experimenting and waste them :)

I have been using mfp for quite a while now and am not really seeing results. I have been told that I should really incorporate some weight training, but I am just not sure what or how much to do. I have problems with my neck and my one shoulder, so I am not able to do some exercises...but I don't want that to be an excuse…
