I bought some of the jamba juice smoothies out of the freezer section and the back says to mix it with a cup of apple juice...I really didn't like the taste...has anyone tried them with another kind of juice or just water? I don't want to keep experimenting and waste them :)

As a suggestion, I would use lemonade.

I saw those in the store, and aaaaalmost bought them....but I don't eat sugar, so I decided to make my own version at home.

My boyfriend is a Jamba addict, and he has fallen in love  with my homemade low carb version.
    Tasty & satisfying!

    In my magic bullet:
    (added in this order)
1 cup of small cube ice
    1 tbsp heavy cream
    2 packets splenda
    10 frozen blueberries
    2-3 whole medium frozen strawberries
    8 frozen raspberries
1/2 of a fresh lemon (this is why you want the sweetener)
1 cup crystal light sugar free lemonade (premade in the fridge)

    PULSE until ice is blended.
    ENJOY!
NOTE: the frozen fruit is not frozen in syrup/sugar, it is fresh fruit that I tossed in the freezer. (bought on sale for future use)
One variation I did was add 1 tbsp baking cocoa.... to mimic their Berry Chocolate smoothie... & it was gooooood.

The total net carb count was aprox 6.

    :drinker:

Beware- Jamba juice and all the other prepackaged junk in the grocery store is not good for you and likely HIGH calorie.

For 300 cals I would rather eat a banana, cup of strawberries AND a cup of blueberries, and be full for much longer.
