to eat or not to eat....

ok...I am just over 900 calories for the day and my goal is 1300

I am really not hungry, but don't know if I should go that low under calories....I am trying to decide if I am going to have a night time treat (banana with reeses magic shell topping yummy) or if I should just go to bed :happy:

    if you arent hungry dont eat..

    I would eat some protein instead of something sugary.

    If you are hungry, eat. If not, don't eat.

    take the banana, put peanut butter all over it then put the chocolate shell stuff over that! :)

    since you're not hungry, skip the snack and go to bed.

    If I'm not hungry, I don't eat (especially at night before bed). Even if I'm under my calories. But, that's just me. :)

  • I wouldn't eat if your feeling satisfied but if i'm under for the day i make sure i take a multi-vitamin to make sure i get needed vitamins and minerals.

    You should eat at least 300 more calories, Your body NEEDS 1200 minimum to function. Have the banana!
