I think that alot of it comes down to some pre planning so when you start to get hungry you have the healthy food available to you to make or snack on right away. I like to plan out my tomorrow meals in advance so I have everything lined up so I don't do impulsive veers.
Also, biggest loser has alot of fun recipes that feel good but are healthy in their family cookbook. I make the buffalo turkey meatloaf almost 1 a week.
    Hope this helps

There are a lot of creative ideas on this website:

And plenty of resources on the web! You just have to take the time to educate yourself and make a plan that's realistic for you.

You can do a lot of searching on the Recipe board too, which is a huge help. Just search things like "chicken" or "tilapia" or whatever other main ingredient you're looking for. Things will come up.

Good luck with it! Planning is important, so really make some time for that. You can do it!

make sure you log what you do it, I try to follow:

no white flour...only 100% whole wheat, brown rice, wheat pasta etc...(when buying wheat breads and such look at the ingredients list and if it says "enriched" but it back, you want it to say whole wheat flour :)

eat your colors...this is much easier said than done, but try to get your 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies in

choose lean proteins...I try to get at least 60 grams of protein a day

don't eat too much sugar...I try to keep my sugars down under 25 (not including fruits and milk.cheese)

    Good luck!
