I'm really sad Beachbody or ShaunT associate with Dr Oz I feel it gives the product a bad rep. Cize is fantastic if you like to dance. You work up quite the sweat. I can't dance at all and I had a blast. If you need more info let me know.

Yes I am breastfeeding also. I know it helps get the weight off but I would rather be toning up while I am loosing rather than just loosing weight. I think we all have similar goals! We can get this done ladies!!!

Me to! I have gained back 30lbs. Just had a baby 6 weeks ago but have lost all but 10lbs that I gained with pregnancy. Now I am ready to loose that 30lbs and maybe another 10!

I watch bit every week! I have to say Bruce was my favourite since it started. I find this is more of a lifestyle focus than The Biggest Looser which I find is all workout for hours and hours and eat minimally. That's just my opinion. I really like Chris Powell and Heidi his wife.

I have done a 5k and a half marathon runDisney race. You will not find a better organized race experience. Get to the race expo early, make sure you grab clothing or whatever you see because it doesn't last long so pick it up even of it's a well I don't know about it. Congratulations, now I am afraid no race will ever live up to that one lol!! I ran my very first half marathon in 2011 at the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend and I had such an amazing time!! I will recommend a runDisney event to any and everyone!! They do it so well! Congratulations on your PR! That is so exciting!!

5'8" equally torso and leg proportioned! I started at at least 250lbs. That's the point I stopped stepping on the scale. I currently as of this morning weigh 177.5lbs. My goal is 150-160lbs I think we will see where I end up!

I love bread, toast with PB&J, sandwiches with cucumber and tomato! I have lost a total of 70lbs and the only time I was miserable was when a weight loss company told me I couldn't eat bread. I dropped them and dropped 30lbs eating bread! So I say enjoy your bread if it fits in your day!

Turbo Fire was working on my stomach until I quit. From what I have learned abs are made in the kitchen. Get rid of the junk food or your trigger foods, refined carbohydrates. I find it is the most stubborn place to get rid of fat. Hard work and determination you can do this!
