  • I've been Keto a little over 6 months and am down 76 pounds as of today! 269 to 193. At 39 years old, having been overweight since 3, I have been on a lot of diets, some with great success, but have never been able to stick with any plan for more than a year, because I'm starving! Keto works for me because I'm never really…
  • I think it's possible. I have a friend who is 5'10 and 119 pounds (10 pounds UNDER weight) and a size 1/2, even with breast implants....she looks great in clothes...not so great in a bathing suit/naked.
  • I try to keep my carbs around 100 a day as well....I am loving the High Fiber, Low Carb Xtreme Wellness Tortilla by Ole for breakfast/wraps. It's working for me!
  • Sparky Lulu!!
  • Consider taking a Biotin supplement if your multivitamin doesn't already have it...couldn't hurt!
  • Decided last week that I am going to Disney World. I haven't been in 10 years and I can't wait!
  • Ignore him, don't reply....he only did that cause you shot him down and he's not over it!!
  • When I had lost about 10% of my original weight!
  • Enter it into your food diary before you eat it....that saves me all the time from even going over on semi-healthy food! Once I see the big, red, negative calories in the remaining section, and have given myself a couple of minutes to think about, I delete it and don't eat it!
  • In 2003 I lost 97 pounds on WW...however, the way the points program was arranged at the time, junk food was high in points, even if "low" in calories, due to high fat content, or no fiber. Toward the end of that "diet" I was eating about 800 calories a day without realizing it....because I was just counting "points".…
  • I don't care....I just reassure myself with "Hey, I'm not the worst looking person here" :)
  • If you feel like your family is complete, then you are done! If you have the desire for another child, then have one, knowing you can make healthy choices while pregnant. It's not selfish not to have another child if you feel like you would be doing it reluctantly. Whatever you decide, do what YOU want to do
  • I have.....at two separate times in my life. Best workouts I've ever had. Burned the most calories EVER...typical for me was over 1000 calories for the hour. First time when I was 25, I lost 97 pounds with the workouts and WW diet. Second time, probably when I was 28, lost 50 pounds. If you can afford it, I say do it! It…
  • 1. your favorite food when not dieting? Luby's Mac & Cheese 2. your middle name? Katherine 3. the reason you are dieting? I was skinny for a couple of months in 2003, it was nice. 4. the meanst thing anyone ahs said to you? hmmm....in 8th grade someone walked by and said I looked like a big, purple grape, LOL...I'm over it…
  • Don't look at it as ten pounds if that number isn't what you want to see....look at it like you've lost over 27% of your goal!
  • A couple of years ago my girlfriend and I were watching an old episode of "Cops" and this police officer went tearing across a park screaming "Crossfire!" and I thought it was hilarious, sort of stuck as a nickname......and I was born in 1977! :)
  • I like the 3rd one, the polka dot, the best. I think the skinnier sides on the bottoms is actually more flattering. Have fun!
