My friend lost a ton of weight while taking it... I'm not at all convinced that it was what was in the pill that helped or the idea of it. I wouldn't waste your money but if you are so inclined the place where she bought her is vitacost and it was reasonably priced.

I wasn't trying to start a debate on whether or not one should eat meat.... BUT since you brought it up. The China Study was debunked years ago and holds very little weight when making decisions regarding overall health.

How in the world do you eat a plain baked potato? I can barely stomach potatoes smothered in butter, sour cream and cheese. lol. The only potato I can eat is french fried.

Prom has always been full length gowns... at least since 1997 when I went to my prom and it hasn't changed. I think it is wonderful and classic.

Chop them (carrots, zucchini, squash, sweet onions, broccoli and cauliflower) to the size of dice.... toss with evoo and mccormick's veggie seasoning and roast for 20.

Even if you are off by 500 calories it isn't going to throw off your weigh in by much. You can't lose weight in a day and you can't gain weight in a day.

I was a super believer in eating-clean clean clean clean.... and I failed every time. I don't think anyone should aim to "eat clean." This doesn't mean that you have to rebel and eat a ton of processed foods either. I honestly believed that it was what I was putting in my body not how much that made the difference. FALSE.…

I agree. But vilifying food rather than self control isn't very helpful either. Candy isn't poison.

I eat 40/30/30. You are welcome to take a look. It's not "clean" but I have consistently met my weekly goals and I look forward to eating. (Yesterday was off a bit but the rest is pretty typical for me)

This. Martyring your food intake isn't going to make you happy or impress anyone. Avoid binging by consistently allowing yourself to enjoy food. (Unless it really is poison! Lol)
