Only thing I have to add is that teriyaki sauce always kills me. I always forget how many cals are packed into that sauce. I'm not telling you not to eat it but I think the calories tend to get under-estimated and can contribute to confusion when trying to lose weight.

I'd like a BF% ticker. Yeah... I have a general goal for pounds to lose but I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more concerned with losing BF than pounds.

This is a bit melodramatic :laugh: Eat it. Candy is yummy. Make sure it fits into your calories for the day but save some for a bite or two. You are a big girl... you can eat just a few pieces for enjoyment and put the rest away until tomorrow. :drinker:

Just believe that once you cut them for good that you won't crave them. It is true. Trust me on this. I was a 3-6 diet cokes a day gal and stopped (because of bloating and dehydration) about 2 months ago. I don't even think about it now. On another note... if weight loss is your goal then you should go back to the crystal…

so complicated!!!!!! lol For my main meals I like to eat food that is as close to its natural state as possible.... because I think food tastes better that way. If someone really wants to eat "clean" then they should simply eat foods that have few steps between life and death. Veggies > in ground> alive > pick > dead > eat…

Love red meat :-) I only eat it about once a week but only because I like variety and I eat fish, chicken, pork, etc. Frozen veggies are great. Make sure you don't over nuke them.

Squats, wall sits, bridges, lunges, kettlebell swings, and the list goes on. I have a flatass but I just keep working on it and every once in awhile I look in the mirror and I'm happy with the changes.
