It's hard to calculate it as an activity. I would calc all activity (disregarding BFing) into TDEE and eat TDEE -20% PLUS the 300 for BFing. For supply reasons I think this is the safest route. So if your TDEE -20% is 1800 (disregarding BFing) then I would set a goal of 2100.
