I'm definitely going to count only the calories burned during a workout because as I'm looking at the cals burned so far for the day it's nearing my TDEE and that's pretty accurate for my daily expenditure.

Not sure if you're a male or female but if a female, it would take alot to get you as bulky as these men. If you're a male, you can always stop if you're at the bulk you need :-)

Interesting. Never knew that. I have noticed that I lost weight the first 2 months without working out but sticking to my new "diet" or eating habits. But I do feel good when I work out. I feel stronger and more energized.

What brand yogurt you get because I actually have trouble finding full fat yogurts. Everything says low or non-fat and I actually want the full fat ones.

I use a bottle water with measuring lines on it. MIne is a 24 oz bottle that shows 24, 16, and 8 oz. So I know that if I drink and refill my bottle 3 times, that equals to 9 cups a day at least. It's very normal and also very annoying. I do official weigh ins Saturday or Sunday morning depending on how I feel but I check my weight daily just to see how my body was affected by the day befores eating.

I have healthier snacks readily available in case I have a craving at night. My favorite is a frozen greek yogurt bar. Just like an ice cream bar but healthier and I make sure I have the points for it towards the night.

Yeah it's high in fat but it's the good kind of fat and it's also in moderation, which I think is key with a lifestyle change. I know it looks scary to eat 2200 per day if you workout but this is how you have to look at it. If you're set at 1810 and you burn 500 today, you will technically only be eating 1310 if you don't eat back those you burned. Your calories here are set up for you to loose weight already even if you don't work out alot.

I did MFP's and it set me up at 1900 per day, which I brought down to 1800 for the just in case. Lol! This is me today. I know I want to eat certain things because I skipped breakfast like an idiot (rushing out) and therefore I've felt hungry all day. So I know I'm doing a Zumba video today to make sure I don't over do it.

I definitely only count water as water. I see it as the straight fuel we literally can't survive without. Everything else I can survive without doesn't count as water to me. Of course I drink coffee, diet soda, or whatever else, I just don't think to count it as my water intake.

While I still have a long ways to go, I was shopping for a smaller size today and kept running into sizes bigger I used to have to search for. In my head (or to my 1 year old nephew), I kept saying, "That's too big...that's too big" lol!!! Love it!!!....I mean....what a problem! lol

I eat 1 cup of rice a few times a week and I've been losing weight with no problems. I do stay away from white bread though. But it all comes down to moderation and how you prepare it. And let me just say, the asian community eats a lot of white rice and many of them are very thin, (wish I had a part of that gene).
