On the couch...watching workout shows.
Does anyone else sometimes lay on their couch while watching shows like Biggest Loss, Extreme Weight Loss, Strong, etc. and think, I could be doing that now, I should be doing that now? Does it motivate you or make you hate yourself more?

Vegetables and Fruits.....do you log them?
I'm logging my veggies and fruits but just think to myself, what the heck is the purpose. I didn't get fat off eating vegetables so I don't think I will gain weight from eating however many I want. So, should I still continue to log them or just enjoy them without counting them? What do you guys do?

Sodium!!! Ugghhhh!!!
Sodium is kicking my butt! I'm doing good staying within my calories but man my sodium levels go over by so much. What do you guys eat to keep your sodium levels down, or do you not even care about your levels? It wouldn't be a big deal except that I end up bloated from retaining all that water cause of the sodium.

I want weight loss tokens
I was watching a show recently and there was a character that had a 30 day token for being sober for 30 days. I would love to get tokens every time I lost 5 pounds, or reach another week or month. If I eat all my calories back I'm going to run out of healthy snacks to eat. I'm just running out of ideas, help!

Fat in foods
Should I even worry about the fats in my food? And I don't mean burgers, I mean like cheese, milk, cottage cheese, etc. I've been buying 2% cheese, low fat cottage cheese, fat free half and half, etc. but I keep hearing that those kinds of fat fill you more, so should I just go for the regular cheese, cottage cheese,…

Snacks, snacks, snacks?
So I have been learning how to substitute certain foods as to decrease the calories, but then I found myself filling in the gaps with some healthy snacks or I should say, low calorie snacks. I then had to increase my calories during meals and limit the snacks per day. My question is, what do you all recommend for a real…
