I hear you, weekends have been an obstacle for me too! My family likes to eat out over the weekend and we are super busy with sporting events. I am trying my hardest to start my Saturdays off with an hour at the gym and then on Sunday, trying to get a min. of 30 mintues of cardio in. We can do this!

I have found that I do better if I eat every 2 to 3 hours. I eat around 200 calories each time, with a fruit, carb and protein.

I have to eat before my morning walk. If I don't, then my blood sugar gets all out of whack and I feel terrible the rest of the day. I normally try to have a protein shake before working out - sometimes, I do a string cheese or something instead, it just depends on the amount of time I have.

I dealt with that for over a year and that is why I started this club. I have finally seen the 180s for the past week! For me I did change a few things. #1 I started drinking WAY more water. I have been terrible updating here. However, I am keeping track. So far my total calories burned in 2012 = 11,557 I have only missed working out 4 days this month so far!!! Results = I am down 10 pounds since DEc 27th!!!!!!
