January 2012 weight
I am not sure what day I weighed last week, but it was 197. I went ahead and weighed yesterday since it was the first day of the new year - I was 193. My goal by 1-31-2012 is to be 187 or lower!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I ride the bike at the Y - it asks me how much I weigh and that is it. Then, it calculates the calories burned during the workout.
