i hear you... when i turn down a piece of cake ppl tell me 'oh nothing is going to happen for a piece of cake"; it really bothers me because that attitude is what has got me overweight! Just ignore them, dont let someone else attitude derail you from achieving your goal.

I know that feeling...it takes time; i thought i had the will to restrain myself from eating certain food but the reality was that whenever available i would eat them... Keeps strong... it gets better :D

Fruits can have lot of sugar and carbs, however like said before, your weight loss depends on your calories deficit... I find that fruits help me control my sweet tooth, specially mango and pineapple
