The ink isn't going anywhere once it's in your skin. I've come home after getting ink on my leg and jumped on the elliptical with no problems.

I've tried everything from music, music with headphones, Tv, News, Talking on the Phone, Reading.... and now finally. NETFLIX on my Galaxy Tab on the console of the Elliptical. I appreciate you pointing this out. I have a couple "bad discs" in my lower back so I have to be careful what and how I lift. I have added crunches and pushups to my routine. I also hike with my dog once or twice a week. I'm probably going to add swimming as well.

Honestly, I don't miss it. I do pay attention to protein more than anything and make sure I'm getting my daily fill from other foods.

Looks like you are doing equally as well.. Sorry about the knee, mine bothers me sometimes, but I figured since it is almost zero impact, I just keep pushing. You'll bang out the 15lbs no problem.
