Thank you every one, I really appreciate your comments , Michellee is right I meant the 4th of june.... so must be only 5 weeks according to the due date calculator , and there is nothing really new in me except cramps in my lower abdomen,. I agree with lovemitch totally , fast results are not way to go for u only put it back soon as its off... take your time, soon it will be natural as though healthy living is you and you will see the lbs off and forever! My diary is open and I have lost 10lbs in just over a month when i joined mfp, feel free to add me:)

Sorry Mike, for weighing in late :( Starting weight 4 weeks ago 181 lbs, weight now; 171.7 lbs --- woohoo cant believe , but that's 9.3 lbs down the drain sooo proud of me :D Thanx to mfp friends , they have been absolutely amazing :) --- challenge for me is to lose another 10 in 4 weeks ... yippee

Feel free to add me too guys, any one. I have about that amount to lose too, and even though I have a personal trainer to motivate me once a week, I still need your support, and we can always share Ideas and exercises on how to reach our desired goals, good luck everyone.

What scares me is the excess skin and stretch marks!!! Haven't got this, but have seen people who lose so much weight and do, HOW can we prevent it? Any suggestions, please share.... p.s. I can never go under the knife! For religious reasons. So don't suggest that!

I cant see your diary hon, but I guess the main thing is to eat smaller portions for the main carb- rich foods like Rice, pasta, bread, coz that is my problem as well and i am trying to keep them at a pace . try it out too. Good luck

A bit late I guess, I just joined today and saw this wonderful post>. I have Never heard of this kind of exercise before, but I you-tubed it... I will definately give it a try! Starting today. IS there any kind of diets we have to follow with these exercises? or do they work on their own? CAnt wait to see if it will work!
