Look at the "Clean 15" and "Dirty Dozen" list for which produce is highly suggested to buy organic-- and just get those organic. The Clean 15 are fruits/veggies that have been tested and shown not to have a lot of residual pesticides. Dairy and meat are definitely things that should be bought organic

I like goat milk yogurt. Studies have shown that it's healthier than cow milk (of course, there are probably studies out there that promote cow milk over goat milk).

Insanity!! If you can get it from someone who already has it, you will be almost at the end of the program in 6 weeks.

Keep doing some cardio-- about no more than 30 minutes on the days you choose to do cardio (don't make it an easy breezy 30 mins for yourself). The reason you should keep doing cardio is because it's good for your:heart: !!! (also for calorie deficit, keep your muscles from being hidden underneath fat, and endurance--…

Work out when you get up in the morning, don't wait until the afternoon when you have a plethora of excuses. Sleep in your sports bra, tee, and shorts. Have your shoes by your bed and know that you have no option, but to just DO IT! Don't think about it, just DO IT. Why? Because you CAN. A lot of people are disabled, wheel…

Raw Organic Whey (raworganicwhey.com)..that's what I use. It's unflavored and doesn't have any options for flavors. The lactose content is very little (I'm lactose intolerant).

They have hemp protein powders. You usually have to go to a whole foods/natural/organic type of store to find it-- or online. There are a lot of options. Also, you can try Garden of Life's protein powder-- it's a vegetarian and raw protein powder (so it contains live enzymes). It's not the best tasting, but it's a healthy…

http://raworganicwhey.com/ That's what I use. Organic, raw, and comes only from grass-fed cows. It's not processed with acids, etc.

That's pretty amazing. That's a goal for me-- to be "old" and still fit!
-
I also did/do cardio 4-5x a week (30 mins of HIIT)

For me, it took two months of eating whole/clean foods and lifting heavy to see a difference.

What made you return your Body Media (I have one)?

Like a slightly modified Atkin's diet...doesn't sound healthy nor sustainable for long term (just my opinion)

DQ's Peanut Blaster Parfait (or something of the like)! Also, Houlihan's stuffed chicken on a heaping side of mashed potatoes!!

Peanuts are bad for you

Fitness: Bodybuilding.com is a great site to find fitness programs (weight lifting will not bulk you up). There are programs on there that women do-- you can see successful women and it will tell you what they did to get the physiques that they have. Most I've seen are bikini competetors. It will also have a snapshot of…

This is all pretty impressive...nice! I'm going to have to check out NROL4W:smile:

It's about staying under your calorie limit and eating whole foods. That is so important-- if you look at the ingredients in something you're about to eat and you don't know what it is-- neither does your body. Whole grains, fruits, veggies, fish, poultry (red mean on occasion), healthy fats (avocados, olive oil, nuts…

In MY opinion...this depends. If this is really the only thing that has been "off" about your relationship (every other aspect is great, he respects you, shows you he loves you, doesn't cheat, etc..)..I would be happy that he said something instead of going behind your back with someone that he found more attractive.…

Also, working out helps manage stress. So, it's going to be a vicious cycle if you don't break it, now.

Don't work out in the afternoon after work because then you have the excuse that "you're too tired." I was like that in the beginning, but I've really changed my path by working out in the morning-- first thing. Eat an apple or something similar and a protein shake and then off to the gym you go! You'll get used to getting…

Thanks for all the input  I will rethink the carb cycling.
