I agree, I do have to say though that it's difficult to avoid (ice cream wise/frozen yogurt..etc). Majority of times that I have cow's milk it's organic (both for ethical and health reasons) Edit: Almond milk is what I regularly use too

I only have goat milk (yogurt) on occasion and never drink straight cow milk...of course I can't help it if I have frozen yogurt/ice cream. In my opinion (and logically), cow milk is for baby cows-- not humans.
