Has anyone tried this? If so, how many days and what was your experience like? I am considering the 3day detox..not sure I could do (or would want to) more. Please share your experience.

I have the Breville juicer and I love it, it works fantastic and I use it a few times a week. At the beginning of the year I tried a juice fast over a weekend, not my favorite experience. I still had to eat some veggies and some fish just to feel like I wasn't going to pass out.
One thing it did help me with, is realizing I don't need to be stuffed to the gills to be "full". I feel like it helped shrink my stomach. It's not something I'll be doing again, but it was an interesting experience
I find it is an excellent way for me to get some extra veggies I don't normally eat a ton of, like kale. I do 90% green juice, only a little fruit.0 -
Juicing is a good way to pack nutrients into your diet, but it shouldn't be done as a fast.0

If your computer's operating system needs a reboot, pouring juice on it is not going to help.0

Only if you like furry white eyebrows0

Better off going to "boot camp" then a reboot with juice.

I did a 10 day juice fast back in January and had some success. I did it a little differently though, I drank as much juice (70% veggies 30% fruit) as I wanted, but also allowed myself to eat raw fruits and veggies just so I had something in my stomach. For the cold nights I drank hot vegetable broth, sometimes with cabbage. I ended up losing about 10lbs, which I know is a lot but it was probably mostly water weight. I have since then kept it off, and am now just sticking to a healthier low calorie diet.
I wouldnt suggest it as a long term thing or as a way to lose weight, but its great if you want to jump start your nutrition. It forced me to cut out all the processed foods I was so dependent on and shrunk my stomach so I was able to have better portion control.0 -
It's good to give your digestive system a break by juicing...I've only done a 2 day one and it worked out pretty well!0

I've done almost 200 days of juice cleansing -- it's amazing!0
