I'm slept horrible and am exhausted this morning... I will hit the snooze button a few times and workout tonight.
I had a stressful day at work today and I'm exhausted....I will just have a glass of wine and work out tomorrow morning.
(And the vicious cycle begins.) :devil:0 -
Too tired from running out of excuses!0

I was on a date...0

Between my job and being a mom, I never have the energy. I never have the energy to get back in shape for my family so I don't die early and can enjoy the above mentioned work and being a mommy. This is pityful.0
-
I can't afford the food to eat back my calories...and my new gym is intimidating (sorting the latter, though)0
-
I'm just too tired. lol0

I didn't want to take another shower. It's cold out and my bed is warm. The movie is really good and I don't feel like DVRing it. Ha ha!0

Boot camp and personal training have led to my legs and butt hurting.... I will skip 2 workout days to recover0

On Monday, it starts out like this...
I don't want to wash my hair before school
...Then this happens:
after school I want to listen to Hunter Hayes and get on Pinterest and pin workout stuff
and on non-school days, I want to eat a lot and get fat, and who cares about working out anyway?
and on Sunday I have church and I am not going to the house of the Lord with sweat on my person, amen
and then its Monday again and I don't want to wash my hair in the morning.
I don't always listen to these excuses, but they hang out in my head and yell at me.0 -
I know now that my head is into this healthy living thing, because I think I used every little excuse on this page but now the only excuse that I make is, I am sorry the treadmill make nose while they watch TV, but kids it is only 20 max. And they are fine with that.0

Too many people in the gym; I already ate like crap today, so might as well not work out; I'm tired; I will work out at "this time" (when that time comes around, "30 more mins"....I'm full of excuses!0

My sister needed help getting Sod from an hour away and then laying it (Friday night 98 degrees so I laid sod and went for a swim afterwards) figured I had sweated enough and the swim was not an easy one but I still missed my regular workout.0

Since I am in Florida the rain makes me want to use that excuse, but I know that I can always boot up the youtube and do one of my fav workouts. I have to fight with myself for half the day to do them though. I love doing my workouts outside. I get all my swimming and walk/jogging in and when I cant I feel like it wasn't a good workout day.0

That is funny about the cats... mine jump on me and under me when I do yoga at home. lol When I exercise in the house, for some reason they get real frisky and hyper.0 -
I have too many: Fibromyalga, pregnant and tired, stress makes me overeat, depression makes me not eat. I've been training myself to not use them anymore.0

No excuse ever. I've never made an excuse nor needed one. I've never missed a workout in over 600 days now. Every single day I workout. Even when sick, sore, injured. The only excuse is death.
You....are horrifying.
and kinda remind of Chris from Parks and Recs.
which is my excuse.. I had to watch 22 episode of Parks and Recs.
How am I horrifying? I just dont make an excuse to not do what I promised I would do.
Plus I break habits very easily. That means if I made an excuse today not to workout then I'm going to make an excuse tomorrow & so on.
Sorry if I find making an excuse bad. I guess I'm committed to my own health & refuse to take life sitting down anymore. I made excuses all my life not to exercise.0 -
Oh I am the queen of excuses. Let's see...
1) I'm tired.
2) too busy
3) if only my husband would offer to watch the kids a couple nits a week so I could get to the gym - so really it's HIS fault
4) I'm really tired0 -
what is sod?
buy grass already grown, laying sod "planting" it. good strength training.0 -
I have 2 kids, a full time job, I get home late, gotta clean, cook, no time. Fast food is super cheap. I'm stressed, Depressed.0
