    It is too hot or too cold
    The kids (or cat hahahaha loved that answer) will bother me
    I dont want my husband or daughter to see me work out because I look ugly
    I just ate and don't want to puke
    I don't want to shower this late in the day because then I will either have to blow dry my hair or sleep on wet hair which I hate
    I didn't eat very much today so I dont need to

    I completely set aside 30 mins for the rowing machine, then another 30 mins for brisk walk to school to get my daughter. 15 mins into rowing I notice it is raining, so I abandon the rowing machine to grab washing off line, then realise its raining so heavily there is no way I'm going to push a pushchair in the soaking wet for a 3 mile round trip. No no no. Workout lost for the day. Oh well.

    Edit- oh, and Aunt Flo is visiting

    I am 8 months pregnant and my doctor said I needed to stop doing my zumba classes since I am 1cm dilated and doesn't want me giving birth on the dance floor.

    I'm already in better shape than most people my age. I can afford to skip a few workouts.

    I only have half an hour before the kids get home. Why bother going for a walk/jog now if I only have half an hour? By the time I get changed and go to the bathroom I'll only have 25 minutes.

    I washed my hair and I cant wash it twice as all the nutrients will wash out
    I did my makeup perfect this morning and if I re-do it after exercise, it will never look this good!

    If I work out, I will get sweaty and I don't have time/place/etc. for a shower.

    I broke my toe 5 months ago and it is still sore. It gets worse if I put sneakers on.
