Flies won't eat vegetable oil either, and that is what margarine is made of, mostly. Margarine is just as safe and effective to use for a smart dieter/chef as any "real butter".

I only count pure, plain water, or water with fresh squeezed lemon (no sweetener) as "water", but I do not beat myself up over it if I do not drink a set number of ounces, because I do drink coffee, tea, the occasional diet soda, juice, etc. Plus I eat a lot of fruit, which adds up for hydration.

I do midnight to midnight. I work from 3p to 11p, M-F and every third weekend from Friday 3p straight to Monday 7a. Whatever meal I eat first after midnight, no matter what time I wake up, is 'breakfast'. Next meal is lunch. Then dinner. Sometimes I only eat a snack after midnight before bed.
