HAVE lost almost an inch in my arms over past week though! That shows me a lot more then a stupid scale!

Holly! I need to tape off or break my scale!! EVERYDAY I walk past saying "I'm NOT going to weigh....I'm NOT going to weigh!" Then of course I jump on! I need to throw it out the window! :grumble:

I'm getting ready to mute it and turn on music next time...TOO much silliness to listen too....but then again, I wont get to hear my FAVORITE part!! FIVE more bicycle crunches! Count them down!! :love:

You got this buddy....And anyone notice how much the "advanced" girl cheats??! My friend and her husband started doing this before I did and she talked about during one of the moves he farted really loud and without skipping a beat said "You hear THAT?! That's just the fear leaving your body!!" HAHA :laugh:

The HARDEST part for me is going to be timing. I work full time and have an almost 3 year old who gets into EVERYTHING! ;) My work schedule varies from day to day and even though the workout is so short I'm SO sweaty after I have to factor in times for showers etc. I guess that's life though! Just going to be hard to do…
