Nope. The ground turkey is a little cheaper in my opinion. I am not a big red meat eater so sometimes I combined the 2. I actually have been able to find 93/7 ground beef

Thanks everyone! I did come home and cook dinner for the kids. And then we all took turns on te trampoline. I plan to work out so morw while I watch TV this evening. Gotta get my DVD player working so I can follow the DVD

I guess it is. I use very lean beef like 93/7 ground. Its more expensive but I feel like it worth it.

We can treat ourselves every now and then. Just as long we don't make it a habit or over do it. I had a adult milkshake this weekend from this place called PYT in Philly. Soooooooo gooooood! But I made sure I worked it off the next day and will not indulge again for some time

My goal is to work out more and build up more resistance. I still get tired and winded fairly quick. Weight loss is good but my goal this month is to complete 3-5 miles with a lot less effort.

I usually get compliments on my eyes and my shape. I have a nice shape it is just hidden right now. But yeah give a few more months and watch out dare now! LOL!

Target and walmart both have 2-5 weights for under $5. Resistance bands are good as well

You have to eat something! Have you checked your glucose? You cannot go strictly by calorie count you have to watch your carb intake. you can eat without over eating or not eating the right things. There a lot "Free Foods" veggies is a good idea.

Apparently I am in starvation mode! LOL! I have 5 kids and full time job. So it is very easy for me to go through the day and forget (neglect to take a moment to eat). And the thing is I don't feel hungry. I do exercise. I was trying to make sure I was actually supposed to make those calories back up. Thanks
